Comments on test grades: Question 1: If you only copied a theorem down you lost a point. You needed to use your own words to explain key vocabulary, or draw pictures along with the words to explain what the IF and THEN parts of the theorem are saying. Some of you did a great job on this.
Question 2: There are two degrees of difficulty in this problem. One is finding the midsegment length, and the other is finding one of the bases given one base and the midsegment. I didn't take points off for it this time, but I do expect my A and B students to challenge themselves and not choose the easier option. If you did not identity the theorem you lost 1 point. If you did not write a geometry statement (with segment names not numbers) then you lost a point for that as well. Mostly students did good work. Check out the answer in the mini-assessment to see all the required steps and the points given.
